About Schroder Educational Services

Her extensive experience in special education includes her work throughout the state as a nationally-certified school psychologist. During that time, she supported students from preschool to post-secondary levels across public, charter, private, and non-public school settings. Her six years as a special education administrator allowed her to gain further insights into the education system and furthered her compassion for families and individuals seeking answers and support in their educational journey.

Kelly's diverse background includes teaching experience from elementary through high school levels, as well as supporting non-public programs serving individuals with significant emotional and behavioral differences. Having been on both the biological and foster parent-side of seeking answers and support for a child, Kelly understands the complexities and emotions that can arise in that process.

Kelly’s work has been centered on building relational connection and trust with the families and individuals she partners with. She firmly believes that each individual deserves to know who they are as a learner and how to leverage their strengths to reach their full potential, be empowered to advocate for themselves and to embrace who they are in this world. With her empathic, collaborative, and skillful approach, Kelly provides thoughtfully tailored services for each educational journey.
