Assessment Services
You know your child better than anyone. Whether you have a gut feeling that something more is going on or your child has a known learning difference, it is disheartening to watch them struggle when you know their incredible potential. Despite their hard work, progress may be slow, leaving you feeling like you're spinning your wheels. Even with your best efforts, you might feel uncertain about how to help or how to navigate their challenges. Or maybe you’ve been in meetings about your child’s struggles, but rather than feeling included, you’ve walked away feeling drained, confused, or frustrated.
A wide range of assessments to help understand challenges and empower learners.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are not currently aligned with any health insurance providers and are considered an out-of-network provider. However, depending on your health insurance provider, some may reimburse you for a portion of your services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine if and how your plan compensates you for psychoeducational assessments. We can provide a Superbill to assist you in seeking partial reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Will my child's school accept this evaluation?
If you decide to share your evaluation with your child's school, the district will review it. If your child does not have an IEP and you are seeking special education services, the school team will need to conduct an evaluation also, but can gather information from your outside report.
What is the cost for services?
The cost of an assessment varies widely depending on the type and scope of the evaluation. Pricing for comprehensive psychoeducational assessments is generally $4300, but may vary on your specific needs. Consultation fees are billed at an hourly rate of $150.
How long does an assessment take?
Completion time varies. Simple IQ assessments are generally completed in a single session with feedback provided within a week. Comprehensive psychoeducational assessments typically involve two to three assessment appointments with a feedback session occurring in a matter of a few weeks.
Can my child's school do this?
Psychoeducational evaluations can be completed through your child's school district at no cost to you if there is information to indicate your child may have a disability. Even if your child is enrolled in a non-district school, you are eligible to request this. Some families prefer the option of having their learner assessed by someone outside the school, to be able to receive a diagnosis, or to have a more comprehensive view.
